RFA Coordinator, counselor, & graphic designer
Grace Wolcott is a graphic designer, and filmmaker in Missoula. She makes posters and other graphics for the Roxy Theater, is a Media Design Specialist for CCFWD, and does local freelance videography and graphic design work. On a film set, she has experience in the camera department, but prefers to be more of a “Swiss Army Woman.” She graduated from the University of Montana in 2022 with a BFA in Media Arts and wants to produce and direct her own independent films. Over the past couple of years she has worked on many short films, a tv show, and two feature films. She loves plants, watching movies, arts and crafts, music, and hanging out with her partner Kal and dog Olaf.

KAL BAILEY
RFA Coordinator & counselor
Kal Bailey is an independent filmmaker based in Missoula. He studied filmmaking among other media arts at the University of Montana. He currently is a Manager, 35mm Projectionist, and Video Producer at The Roxy Theater. Kal has worked on local feature films in the camera department and produced promotional content for local Missoula businesses.

JARED BENGE
RFA Coordinator & counselor
Jared Benge is a production sound mixer, composer, and musician based in Missoula. He began playing music from an early age in Billings where he studied the guitar and double bass and helped form many short lived rock and roll bands. Jared took his studies to the University of Montana where he began studying music composition and performing in ensembles there while still playing in local bands. Eventually, Jared realized that he wanted to pursue audio production beyond just music. After hours of watching behind the scenes footage of movie sets, Jared caught the film bug and quickly added a second major in Media Arts with a focus in sonics arts and filmmaking. During his final year at UM, Jared interned as a boom operator on the set of the feature film Tokyo Cowboy and has since began working as a freelance sound mixer for film and video productions shot in Montana, including three feature films. Jared graduated from UM in 2023 with a BA in Media Arts and a BM in Music Composition. Jared works at the Roxy as a concessionaire and also helps produce radio advertisements for the theater.

KEN GRINDE
RFA Coordinator
Ken Grinde is a video editor, playwright, and long form improviser from Bigfork. He started editing videos on a VCR in the early 2000s and got hooked, eventually getting his film degree from Middlebury College in 2011. He worked as a director and editor in Los Angeles for 5 years while he played drums in the psychedelic surfpop band Maadwest and helped run a food warehouse. He came back to Montana in 2016 because, frankly, he prefers it, and now he freelances as a documentary editor, commercial producer, and fixes things at the Roxy when they are broken. You can see him perform long form improv semi-regularly with his long-time comedy partner Jesse Brenneman.
